Gratitude Tip

An Attitude of Gratitude is essential to becoming a vibrational match for the things you want to BE, DO and HAVE in your life.

We are all on a journey of learning how to manifest everything we want with no limits.

Here's some action you can take,

Use a Gratitude Journal. Every night before you go to sleep, write a list of what you are grateful for NOW in your life, and a second list of all that you are receiving, as if you already have it.

Use statements like, “I am truly grateful NOW that I am….” and “Thank you, I am so happy that….”

Whispers...

Hearts are wonderful, amazing forms, our soul made physical. In order to benefit from its service we remember how it holds the essence of who we are. Every feeling we bury, acknowledge and notice is our guidance. The heart speaks to us, whispering its love through the barrage of voices, noise and thoughts generated by the mind, always guiding us on how to feel love.

Let go of the mind, embrace the heart by listening for the soft whisper. Know that the more you practice listening the louder the guidance becomes. After all, we don’t hear our heartbeat until we place a hand on our heart, or decide to zoom in our powerful hearing to listen to its vibration, yet that beat is always there serving us until our time comes to leave this physical plane.

Use your power to notice the truth, what there is to learn, and make courage and compassion your friends in moving forward with new knowledge and awareness.

Relating to You and Others

In all relationships, being the real you and relating from that place is where solid foundations are created.

In spiritual teachings, one of the things our relationships do is reflect aspects of ourselves.

Do an inventory of all your relationships and ask your inner guidance, what can you learn about yourself from each relationship and how you relate to each person?

Self honesty and a fantastic relationship with yourself requires maturity and acceptance. Being able to look in the mirror as Louise L Hay, (You can Heal Your Life) has taught us, and say "I totally love and accept you today” can be tough to start with…

In my own experience, learning how to love is a special, wonderful journey that opens you up…it means standing on your own two feet, taking responsibility for your own happiness, health and purpose and being true to YOU first.

From that place of relating to yourself with honesty, truth and love, come the behaviours, attitudes, thoughts and feelings of acceptance for who you are. From this place the reflections, the people, places and ways of relating to every experience become enlightening.

When you accept YOU, you see the perfection in everything and everyone. You know everything from fear based thinking to pure joy passes, and is transitory in nature. Life is always in the process of evolving, creating and re-creating. When you see and know that nothing stays the same you can let go and allow that energy to flow through you, this energy is love personified in you.

May your relationship with you be loving, honest and true…and may you see in all your relationships the reflection of pure love that you are…

PH Miracle

"There's nothing complicated about eating to stabilise your blood sugar. Eat plenty of less acidic food, and skip the very acidic foods. You need to eat lots of green vegetables, (good) water, and (good) fats. You need to NOT eat sugars and starches. You need to eat frequently, and you need to STOP eating when you are satisfied."

Dr Young, taken from The PH Miracle for Diabetes.

I'm back on the PH Miracle. I've been on and off the plan a few times in the last two years and followed the guidance to different degrees. I decided last night the time had come to go back on the plan and give my digestion a break. So, that means soups and juices for the time being. I'm going to notice the impact on my digestion and judge the length of my juice feast based on that. I don't want to scare myself by putting a number of days on it. I previously did the juice feast for 21 days and I'm noticing I need to manage my thoughts around doing that again. So softly, softly to start with.

One of the programmes in my mind, that has been running since before I can remember, says I have to finish everything on my plate, and I mustn't waste anything. It's not very helpful when you're trying to eat for energy and vitality. I can remember being praised as a child for being able to eat anything, and being the dustbin of the family. If only we'd known. With determination and discipline I'm building the muscle of the new belief that there is always plenty of food, it's not scarce, and that I choose to eat for health!

I've had a good day so far. Drinking lots more water, had two lots of soup and vegetable juice too. I don't feel hungry. I'm noticing the effect of taking insulin and what level my blood sugar is, really does impact on my emotions and I've been in a vicious cycle where one thing feeds the other! Letting go of the need to eat to feed my emotions has felt hard to conquer. I feel I'm nearly there though.

The truth is we're taught from the moment were born to associate food with comfort. Whenever a baby cries one of the things we do is give them milk until they stop. I know that lots of people, myself included, find it a challenge to notice when hunger is genuine and also when to stop eating.

I want my life to be my responsibility - I don't want to be ruled by my emotions, getting lost in them as I have done. I want to use the messages I receive from my emotions to change my thinking and manifest what I want!

Communications!

For some years now I have written questions to myself and gotten some amazing answers. Within the last couple of years I have noticed that these communications appear to come through me but aren't of me, if that makes any sense.

A while ago I took the scary step of asking exactly who was answering and received the answer "God". I've continued these communications off and on for the last two years and, lately have been told that I am in communication with the Pleidians.

I had never heard of the Pleiadians until I started attuning to Reiki energy. On the first course a woman told me about an experience she had while exploring her past lives and, how she had received a visitation from a Pleidian. I admit I was very intrigued, and very sceptical but all the same, curious as hell. I bought a book, read a little and put it down. Since that time over a year ago now, they have popped up in conversations and my consciousness.

So, it was no surprise at all to discover recently, that the beings or being I am communicating with is a Pleiadian or Pleiadian energy. I'm still understanding how to describe this as you can see.

I am putting this as a blog entry, as I have finally accepted the truth of this gift and experience and want to share it with others.

My intention is to put together the information I am receiving from them so that others can benefit from it.

Watch this space and keep smiling!

The Next Step

It's 12.55 am, late or early dependent on your perspective.

Spent the weekend at The Next Step with Joseph McClendon in London. A seminar on "The Science of thought, emotion, attraction, focus and action!

Wow, I feel so lucky. I only discovered I was going last Tuesday and I feel so "grateful" and "great full" to have manifested the opportunity and to have experienced the energy we all shared. The ticket was a gift from a brilliant coach, Rich Waterman.

I met some amazing people and learnt more and more about how to manifest! Like all of us I've been manifesting all my life. It's only in the last couple of years that I've realised there's a science and an art to it. Since that realisation I've been honing the skill. This weekend has been a weekend of mastery. So, watch this space to hear what shows up in my life.

The next Cosmic Ordering course starts on Wednesday. If you're ready to step up to the challenge of manifesting what you want rather than remaining stuck with what you have, then you are very welcome to come along.

Living the life you want, takes high self-esteem, courage and confidence. Whatever your conditioning and the beliefs of your peer group, you can decide what to believe, and today could be the day to think I deserve more, I'm worth more and I'm going to take responsibility for making it happen.

At the end of the day I have learnt lots from the wonderful mentors I've heard, read and seen but it's me that has to decide to make it happen or not, through my thoughts, emotions and actions. The responsibility lies with me, and you, to manifest what we really want.

We can do it!!

Smiles and smiles, love Fayx

Day 9

I'm home! So, in a matter of 9 days I've become, yet again, a new version of myself. Master NLP and Hypnotic Practitioner!

Wow, I'm so proud of myself. I met some fantastic people from all over the world, a coach from Japan, a hypnotist from Australia and many others from the UK. How lucky I am to have the course virtually on the doorstep, when some people travelled from the other side of the world.

Richard Bandler asked, today, if we'd surprised ourselves.

I've surprised myself a lot over the last three years, the surprises started when I began writing. So, it's not a new concept to me, however I have been surprised by how much I knew already and how I was able to work with other people on the course and see some incredible changes. Receiving great feedback from the trainers was lovely too. It makes such a difference when people believe in you!

We're conditioned from a young age to focus on what we can't do well, and this is then pointed out by people, and ourselves, for most of our lives in some cases. I, for one, have stopped doing it. It makes no sense to keep telling ourselves we're not very good at stuff, when most of the time it's not true anyway! It's a ridiculous habit that can be changed.

Noticing and changing the areas we want to develop is a much better plan. Focusing on what we do well, and doing more of that is where the joy of life is. Once you're in that space, you can seek out new opportunities, that's the way to surprise yourself.

When was the last time you surprised yourself? If suprising yourself is something you think you haven't experienced, then think back to being a child and notice how many times you surprised yourself, for example, in terms all the things you learnt to do, from the minute you were born.

After all, you learnt to breathe, cry, see, crawl, walk, talk, play, laugh, smile, sing, paint, write, read, I could go on, are you getting the idea???

We take so many things for granted and we forget the wonder that is life!

Go on, surprise yourself!

Day 8

Two more days then home!

The day started to sounds of workmen, traffic, and people moving about in other rooms. Have you ever noticed that sometimes you just sense all these different noises and sometimes you don't? Have you ever wondered why? It's all about focus and which sense is heightened and how conscious you are.

Play with focusing on what you can hear or what you notice about what people are wearing, choose a focus for the day and see if you can maintain it and notice what you notice.

The highlight of today was seeing Richard Bandler, transform five people who had been told they weren't artistic and musical, into creative beings. It really is magic and I for one, am a believer. "Seeing" isn't believing you know, seeing as our eyes aren't the ones doing the "seeing", our brains are.

It's our brains that decide and then communicate what our eyes see and experience, and it's wave patterns of energy that are outside us. It's our brain that transforms these into the images we see.

There's so much I thought I knew, that has surprised me over the last few years. It's a joy to accept that I'm often wrong and that there's so many new and wonderful things to learn and experience.

The same goes for you!

Here's to the last day. Let the magic be unleashed!

Day 7

Meta Programmes!

These run throughout our lives and we didn't even know it. It's been an interesting and inspiring day. I've learnt about how programmes run in our daily lives, and tried out the concept, seeing how it fits with my own experience. I am curious about how I can use these, to improve myself and my life, and support others too change what isn't working.

A programme we examined was around "same" and "difference". In terms of decision making, where on the scale from, everything must be the same, to everything must be different, are you? Ask, do I notice the things that are the same, then the differences, or someone who notices difference then sameness.

An example we used, was who goes for the same biscuits as they've had previously at the break and who wants a different sort. It's an interesting and very useful idea to play with!

Do you go to the same restaurant and order the same meal or do you try different restaurants and order different meals each time? There's no right or wrong. It's not that it particular says anything about you or me as a person, but it does give you information about your experience that you can play with. It also helps you notice what works in relationships and what doesn't. You're much more equipped then, to improve life. A person who likes things to be the same in a relationship with a person who likes everything different, could be a fun show!

Have a play!

Question to ask yourself today:- How much fun can I have? Take this question in your mind and apply it to each moment of today and see what happens.

Day 6

The Best Day Ever!

To put it in a nutshell would be impossible. I have learnt and become aware of so, so much today!

If I tell you I was put into a deep state of relaxation, layed across three chairs with only my head and feet on the end ones. Then, had the middle one removed and remained ram-rod straight, would you believe me? And I was aware of everything.

I've always known that the programming I've received in my life up until a couple of years ago had some major faults. The main thing I was taught to believe, was life is hard! Consciously and unconsciously my mission has been to re-programme the behaviours and attitudes that have held me back, and then to use this learning to wake up people to their potential.

Well, this week has been about me realising my potential, and coming face to face with a reality I've been dreaming of. Human potential is infinite. Anything is possible.

I worked with a man on the course and through deep relaxation, I was able to give him the ability to hear and amplify a conversation. In his normal conscious state this was impossible.

I've always known I'm an agent of change. Now, I have the tool I can use on a whole new level to really help the people I work with, to change beliefs and gain strategies, that will give them feelings of happiness, joy and pleasure whenever they want!

Life is easy, it's glorious and shiny bright, once you take off your filters and give them a clean so they sparkle!

Is it time you had a look at your beliefs and how they're keeping you stuck in life?

Day 5

Blimey, it struck me today that this is the half way point.

It really is amazing to realise that there's still four days to go, what wonderful insights and revelations are to come!

I want to tell you how well the management of my health has been while on this full on training. I've achieved some amazing results in terms of my blood sugar being very stable and taking low doses of insulin. Increasing my intake of avocados to at least two, has given me some great results. I'm amazing myself and other people! Having quite a few conversations with people about the food they eat and interest in what I eat. "Vegetables" I hear them say. Do you eat bread? Dairy? Meat? People find it hard to comprehend that I don't. I understand their view point as I was one of them until I started this journey, which began when I decided not to eat meat. It's hard for me to believe sometimes, especially if I look at all the rows and rows of food that can be found in supermarkets.

Anyway, I'm having a cold soup consisting of avocado and leaves and cucumber and celery etc for breakfast and for lunch a big salad and similar for tea. Obviously I'm rotating leaves and veg, which is giving me lots of variety. I feel fantastic. I'm having 6 hours sleep a night and feeling refreshed and wide awake (apart from when I'm in trance) on the course. I really am very proud of myself!

As a treat I've found a shop where i can buy raw ice cream that's made with cashew nuts and agave nectar! It won't do my blood sugar much good but it's all about feeling good, caring and nurturing yourself and having a sense of balance in life.

In terms of the course, today was a gift from the Gods. To be honest, I feel a little unclear about how to put it into words here, so hopefully by tomorrow, after a good nights sleep, I'll be clearer! The thing about NLP and Hypnosis is that it's all about getting past the conscious mind and connecting with the unconscious, in order to create strategies that will make your life work the way you want it. It's as simple as that!

I'm really looking forward to the end of the course and using what I've learnt with clients by helping them change patterns of behaviour that are limiting them. First client booked today!

Bye for now...

Love
Fayx

Day 4

I really am in an NLP bubble, I seem to be losing track of what day it is!

I have to tell you about some of the wonderful people I've met here. There are 90 people and the atmosphere is great. Lots of different nationalities all eager to learn how to make themselves more successful and happy. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

I'm moving around each day and meeting new people, as well as keeping in contact with the people I met at the start. It's great seeing everyone looking more confident about what their learning and seeing the smiling faces. There's a complete contrast when I get on the tube to travel to the hotel near Earls Court. Not a smile in sight, well apart from mine, that is, and the odd smile returned. What a shame that people are so serious, when they would feel so good inside with a smile on their face. We all think and feel better with a smile.

I'm taking my own advice and leading by example. I had a conversation with the cashier at M & S today which was good. We spend too much of our time when we're moving from place to place missing out on the wonderfulness of the people around us. Often this can be because of fear and being taught that someone we don't know is a stranger and that "strange" is something to fear.

What if we re-constructed the word, "stranger", in our minds and gave it a different meaning? Something like, a stranger is a wonderful person we're going to feel curiosity and wonder discovering more about. I wonder how that small shift could change our individual worlds and the planet as a whole. I have a feeling it would make a big difference. I'm going to use that meaning from now on and empower myself to connect with more "strangers", I hope you do too.

To complete a fantastic day of learning. I went with a friend I've met on the course to a shop called, Mysteries in Convent Garden. He bought his first pack of Angel cards and a crystal pendelum. What an experience for him and me. We met at the beginning of the course and had lots of angelic weirdness ("weird" another one of those fear inducing words - that I love) to share as well as guidance and stories. I feel so pleased for him to be opening up to the spirit world and all it can offer him and the people he meets.

So much has come into my life that I am grateful for since the Practitioner Course this time last year. I would never have believed it was possible for my consciousness to be at the level that it is now. I'm filled with joy and wonder at what the future holds for me!

Day 3

Day 3

Three days has gone by so quickly. I've been sitting on the front row for all three days. This is something I never did a few years ago and it's taken me re-programming myself via my thoughts and feelings over the years. I'm now able to comfortably sit there and not feel scared that I'll be picked on. It's refreshing and amazing to be me and to have thoughts like "pick me", "pick me". I'd love the opportunity to be hypnotised by Richard Bandler! Watch this space. Lets see if the Law of Attraction provides!

We looked at language patterns today and the wonderful things people say and what these words say about us as people. Fascinating stuff! Of course, we all do this intuitively, through body language, things we leave out, noises we make, etc. I'm seeing it as fun to unpick what I do naturally, label it with a name and then put it back into my brain.

The trance exercises we did today were about illiciting an optimists strategy (we used mine, which I've been perfecting for years!) and then helped a pessimist change theirs so that they are now more optimistic about their life. We worked in three's and it was great. I saw an optimist literally change and start to believe he could do anything! Amazing feeling for him and me!

I also picked up a wonderful tip that can be used in trance and visualisation to improve a person's confidence. So I'll be using that in future in playshops and individual coaching.

I heard today that the strongest instinct in human beings is to make life familiar! How true that is and if you translate it, it means that we as human beings have a fear of the unknown and this can be an appropriate one or totally out of proportion dependent on the human.

When you actually look at this as a concept - to be scared of the future - it's seems ridiculous to me, as we'd be bored stiff if we knew everything that was going to happen. The fun is creating it to be the way you want as you go along, knowing always that you can cope with everything. Because when you look back at your life, you always have.

Celery, avocados and lots of love - (because I'm being soooo organised and goooood eating raw and healthy from my hotel room in London!) xxx

Getting Closer to the Dream

Day 2

Finally,I'm letting go of the overthinking! Experienced working with someone today using trance/altered states and saw some real changes taking place and came face to face with the realisation that I went with my feelings and let go of the self talk that can often hold me back. I'd experienced results before but not at this level and I know the difference was me and how I approached it. The results were awesome, so feeling very proud and excited about how this movement is going to impact in other areas of my life and also how it's going to empower me to help others.

These techniques are really amazing and life changing!

I also learnt that in terms of manifesting my dreams, associating myself in my visualisations by living the dream and feeling the feelings I associate with it is going to speed up the process. And also the realisation that I was dissociated from some of the pictures I make in my head which in terms of the exercise we did, meant I wasn't experiencing the full impact of the experience. I was an onlooker and from quite a distance which of course gives a totally different experience. I've got to be in it!!

So decision time. I'm going to associate myself to my pictures and make sure there's much more detail in my visions of me being me in my future. The distance has been creating more distance - Law of Attraction again. Focus on distance and you receive more of it!

Warm Wishes,

Fayx

Day 1 - Master Practitioner in NLP

Day 1

I always know when I’m in the right place because of the people I meet and the synchronicities that I notice. It’s that Law of Attraction again.

Before I’d even completed the registration process today, at the Master in NLP course, I’d connected with someone I met at the Practitioner course who told me about a person he knew who worked at a local radio station. Wow! The Universe had delivered, so effortlessly again. I told the Universe I wanted a way of getting on local radio to talk about how I help people. Delivered! Watch this space for more information once I’ve taken some action by contacting the person.

So, it’s the end of day 1 and I feel tired. It’s been a busy few days. Organising to be away from home for 9 days and then settling into a new routine has caught up with me I think. On top of that there’s the process of body, mind and soul learning that I’ve experienced today. NLP really is a whole person approach to healing. There’s also the confusion I feel when I’m out of my comfort zone. Experience tells me that this is a fantastic thing though. Any feeling is a signal and keeping perspective, and managing any negative thoughts that could exaggerate it, is key for me.

Is coming out of your comfort zone keeping you from reaching your full potential?

What are the thoughts you are thinking, that keep you there?

Happiness is ours anytime we choose it. Fayxx

Evening Before The Main Event

So, you're wondering - what's the main event? 9 days training for my Master Practitioner in NLP, that's what.

It's been an amazing year. This time last October, I was doing the 7 day course with Richard Bandler, Michael Neill and Paul McKenna. I know, "life changing" can be an expression that's banded about, but it is important to say that it’s always relative and personal to the life that has changed. It was truly life changing for me, and I therefore anticipate and expect that 9 days of further training into the mechanics and techniques of NLP and Hypnosis is going to jet propel me forward into the life of my dreams. Scary – am I up to it, I ask? And exhilarating, because I know whatever happens, I’ll be okay!

19 October 2008

David Wolfe

Doesn't time fly when you're living your best life! It's been a while since my last blog and lots to let you know about.

I'm going to start by sharing with you what I was doing in London on Friday and Saturday. In a nut shell I was doing the stuff that nurtures me - eating raw, learning, meeting new people and expanding my horizons.

Friday, I was lucky enough to visit two raw food restaurants. Vita Organic by day and Saf by night. I want to you know (those of you that aren't in on the secret of Raw Food), that it really is the future. This food is a mixture of pure bliss and nutrition you can't measure. And it felt so good to give my body that gift in a social setting this weekend. Have a look at the pics of me, my friend Jo and of course, the food!

Part of Saturday was spent nurturng my inner artist at the National Portrait Museum and then I spent the afternoon with David Wolfe, Raw Food Guru! Wow what a trip.

David was truly inspiring to me in lots of ways. The first being that he's worked with Tony Robbins, and it showed. He's obviously used Tony's principles of attaining happiness and success in his own life. His energy was awesome as well as his belief in what he has found to be true through eating raw and going for optimum health.

The highlight was spending some time talking with him about diabetes where I received some amazing insights into my healing.

He believes that diabetes in my case is viral and he asked me if it was in my pituitary gland or pancreas. This question in itself was a revelation to me, I'd never considered diabetes being anything other than a malfunction in the pancreas. But here I was being presented with a choice. After some kinesiology we discovered mine is in the pituitary. Learning this gave me such a rush of energy through my body that it felt that the angels had picked me up and spun me round. True resonance.

He went on to explore with me where this could have originated, and talked about my past issues with sinusitis from being aged 12, and the use of antibiotics to treat it. This brought us to nearly two years ago when, after a period of stress, I had a very bad flare up of the symptoms and became quite ill suffering from recurring headaches and infections. It was my mission to find a cure for this and overcoming diabetes had led me in that moment to David. That's how powerful an intention can be powered by the Law of Attraction.

I was blown away by the insights I gained from my conversation with him. He's recommended I start using a Terminator II zapper, which I'm going to find out more about and I'll keep you posted on that.

So to all you seekers, the answers are out there. This may or may not give me freedom and ultimate health, however it is the next step and I know that the process of taking the steps and learning about myself and the world can only bring me peace, harmony and love.

If you're new to raw food, haven't heard of David Wolfe or have more insights please share! The more we pass on what we've learnt the more we'll ensure positive change within ourselves and the world.

Love and light, Fayx

Friendly Disguise

I have a friend who plays a huge part in my life. They're always there, through "thick and thin" and "ups and downs", always with the same useful words of wisdom, always pushing me onwards.

Sometimes I don't see it that way though. I don't recognise what they do for me. I'm ungrateful and unaccepting of the gift of their friendship. I sometimes want to change them to be more like me. You see, they always think they know best. Always have lots of advice about the way to do things. For example, with the Raw/Living Food lifestyle I've chosen - they've had plenty to say about that.

I listen to my friend. That's what you do for your friends. It makes them feel good and I feel better if they're happy.

My friend's the complete opposite of me, where I'm fearless they are full of fear. Where I'm optimistic they are pessimistic. Where I'm open to new ideas, they are very fixed in their outlook.

I wish sometimes we weren't so close, as the intimacy of our friendship can sometimes be overwhelming - I worry that I'd miss them though.

Okay I'll come clean - my friend isn't a person. Between my life as it is now and the life I want is my friend, resistance.

I've just read an amazing book called "The War of Art" by Steven Pressfield. I read lots of books and can recommend many, but this book is in a league of it's own. Maybe, it's because of the huge impact it's had on me, maybe you'll find it does the same for you. Anyway, you can let me know.

It took me a while to read the signs that I needed to read this book but when I eventually started reading it, I knew straight away it was written by a man who had felt and experienced what I feel and have felt a lot of over the last year a half.

I had resistance before I realised that's what it was. Since I've stepped out of my comfort zone and have continued to do this in lots of different situations, my resistance has been in a spin. Trying to get me to stand still, to stop, to do what I've always done and has used numerous methods to achieve this.

You may be wondering why, if it trys to hold me back in my comfort zone, I would call it my friend. Well, firstly it wants the best for me - it just has a funny way of showing it! It can only know past experiences and therefore bases it's advice on what's happened before. We've all had friends like those haven't we!

From my own experience it was my identification with the voice of resistance that led to feelings of overwhelm and loss of control. To put this simply, I forgot that the voice of my resistance, and it can take different voices, - is not ME and therefore the voice of your resistance is not YOU.

I had forgotten as I suspect you have! So I'm reminding you and myself here and now, that the voice of resistance that is finding excuses and drama around not doing the things that will make you happy, is not YOU, it's your resistance.

What makes me feel enormous relief is that my resistance is my friend as it shows me contrast. Without contrast we would not manifest our dreams. We have to know what we don't want in order to decide and chose what we do want. So, it's not wrong to have a friend who points out the pessimistic view point and things that could go wrong, it's just information about what we don't want. The problem is that most people identify with the voice, believe what it's saying and allow themselves to be talked out of their desires, making themselves very unhappy in the process.

My advice is to make friends with your resistance. As in all relationships, friendships are places we go to learn and grow. Use your relationship with your resistance to grow and develop yourself, challenge, accept, and listen as you would to a friend. But at the end of the day, believe what you believe and act from that place of faith, trust and relief that once we choose what we don't want, the things we do want are available to us very easily.

An example of how this works in my life is that resistance has been building a brick wall between me and my writing projects for sometime. Each day they add a couple more rows of bricks and each day I sigh and get stuck into the other priorities in my life. Sometimes I can scale the wall and sit down on the otherside at my favourite spot and churn out my hearts murmurs. The energy it seems to take to do that varies but it is of no consequence when compared with the elation of the writing and achievement of my goal. The interesting thing is, and Steven refers to this too, is that you would think the wall would start to crumble after climbing it, however it doesn't, it does the opposite and gets stronger. Yet, it will never out match the self-belief and feeling that to write is what I'm being guided to do. The resistance helps me on my journey, teaching me how much I want to write, as well as tools for helping others express themselves in whatever way they desire.

So, go read the book, experiment with the concepts and believe in your desires. Accept that your resistance is showing you contrast, be strong and courageous and stand up for your desires, you're worth it!
